OUR RETURN POLICY
Hutshops and any other affiliated Hutshop Web Store has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item. After 30 days, issues will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

has a 14 day return policy on ALL
of their items. Sunsetter
sales are FINAL
after shipment! No cancellations or returns permitted.
How do I return an item?
For returns on items that are of unsatisfactory quality and still in the same condition as received, please send an email to:
Upon approval, you will be issued an RMA #. This number will be required in order for a refund to be made.
All returns received without an approved RMA # will be refused upon delivery.
When emailing, please include the following information:
- Shipping Party’s Name
- Ship To zip code
- Reason for return
- Item(s) you wish to return
Items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is not refundable. If you received a prepaid return label from customer service, the cost of the return shipping is deducted from the refund. Items that have obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts, will not be accepted for a refund.
Damaged Items: If your item(s) is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately. Make sure to include pictures when sending your email as well as a brief description describing the damage to the item(s). No worries, these type of issues will be resolved immediately.
Items that are of unsatisfactory quality to the customer and/or ordered incorrect by the customer: When the customer decides that they do not care for the quality of the item or has ordered an incorrect item and wishes to return the item, the customer will incur all shipping fees. This includes the original free shipping if your order met the qualifications of our free shipping. The item must be returned in the same fashion as received, which is in new/un-used condition. Take note, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund upon these conditions of returned items.
All refused shipments will be charged shipping both ways even if the order met the original free shipping and will also incur the 15% restocking fee.
Wind/Weather or Customer Self Inflicted Damage will NOT under any circumstances be covered under our return policy OR the manufacturer's warranty.
Custom items cannot be returned.
This includes, but not limited to, ALL custom items that have to do with Canopies or Canopy Accessories that do not have same day ship option. (Canopies or Canopy Accessories that do not have same day ship option are items that have to be made per customer order preference). Also this includes, but not limited to, ALL Custom Graphic orders, Banners, Fire Place/Gas Log sets and accessories, as well as Awntech & Sunsetter items that are custom made per your choices.
Once an order has been placed for a Custom Item, the order cannot be cancelled if it has started production. If the Custom Item has not started production, there will be 20% cancellation fee.
Canceled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please email us immediately . Orders will be canceled if items have not been shipped. If items have been shipped, you must follow our return procedures. Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product. If you refuse delivery, we will refund the item cost minus any associated shipping/intercept fees. If Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping was applied to the order, all of our shipping costs (inbound and outbound shipping charges) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Address Correction Charge: Please double check your shipping address before you complete your order on our web stores. There will be an address correction fee for incorrect delivery addresses including wrong house #, zip code, apartment #, or missing address information. Customer will incur a $10.00 fee for ground packages and a $20.00 fee for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delay of delivery of your order. This fee is charged to us by our shipping company & will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with.

WARRANTY INFORMATION - 2 YEAR WARRANTY
HutShops warrants that each part of this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO years from the original date of purchase. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be prorated. This warranty applies only to proper product use, as determined by HutShops and stated in the product instructions. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered in any manner, nor does it apply to any damage due to wind, rain, snow or any act of nature. Under NO circumstances shall HutShops or any authorized representative be liable for any personal loss, injury or direct consequential damage resulting from the use of this product.
Before returning this product to HutShops, please be advised that all shipping costs must be prepaid and HutShops is not responsible for products damaged during transit.
This express warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Warranty shall be void if product is not purchased directly from HutShops.

Making a Claim
Should you discover unauthorized charges on your credit card within 60 days of your
purchase, you should:
1- Report the charges to your credit card company immediately.
2- Report the charges to HutShop.com's Fraud Department. If the fraudulent charges
resulted through no fault of your own, we will then credit your credit card up to a
maximum of $50 and send you a letter that confirms our reimbursement.
