What are your hours of operations?

Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM – Orders received over the weekend will be processed and shipped Monday

How much is shipping?

Free 3-Day Shipping for every item over $99.00 within the 48 continental states (except Alaska and Hawaii). Otherwise additional shipping charges will apply.

Do you charge tax?

We do not charge tax outside of Tennessee. If the ship to address is located in Tennessee the state requires us to charge tax.

What if I have a tax exemption?

If your ship to address is in TN and you have a tax exemption number, please indicate that you are tax exempt in the comments column and fax a copy of your exemption to us (Fax #1-901-377-7797) and we will be glad to refund the tax.

How fast can the item be shipped?

All items that ship from our TN warehouse normally processes and ships the same day. If the item comes from one of our other warehouses it may take 24-48 hours for processing before shipping.

What does denier mean?

The denier weight of the top will determine the thickness of the canvas and help determine the overall quality of the tent. The higher the denier weight the thicker the canvas. A 600 denier canopy is considered a commercial grade canopy.

What is your best commercial grade canopy?

Our best commercial grade tent is the Encore 2 made by the EZ Up Company or the 10 x 10 Undercover Canopy ANODIZED ALUMINUM Vending Canopy Package made by the Undercover company. Both of these canopies are excellent tents with a few different features.

Are all canopies universal?

No - Tents made by different manufactures are normally not interchangeable.

What does water resistant mean?

Most tents are termed water resistant. If the tent is put up correctly it will shed water. If the water is allowed to pool it may evidently seep through.

What is the distance from the valance to the ground?

The distance from the valance to the ground is typically 7 feet.

Are weight bags necessary?

Our tents are free standing and will withstand around 10 mph winds but pass that would need some support. Most of our tents come with stakes but weight bags are available.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Hutshops or HutShops associated web stores has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, issues will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

How do I return/exchange an item?
For returns on items that are damaged, defective, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact: returns@hutshops.com
Upon approval, you will be issued an RMA #. This number will be required in order for a refund or exchange to be made. All returns received without an RMA # will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
When emailing, please include the following information:

• Shipping Party's Name
• Daytime Phone #
• Order #
• Reason for return
• Item that you wish to return

Items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is not refundable. If you received a prepaid return label from customer service, the cost of the return shipping is deducted from the refund. Items that have obvious signs of use will receive up to 70% of the item's price. Items that are not in its original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts will receive up to 70% of item's price.

Damaged Items: If your shipment is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately at returns@hutshops.com

Missing or Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, we will replace the parts that are damaged under manufacturer's warranty. If the customer elects not to receive parts if available for the item and to ship the item back for a replacement, the customer will incur all shipping fees. After 5 days, we are not responsible for missing items from order.
When warranted items are sent, customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Items that are of unsatisfactory quality to the customer:
When customer decides that they do not care for the quality of the product and wish to return the item, the customer will incur all shipping fees. This includes the original free shipping if your order met the qualifications of our free shipping conditions.


All refused shipments will be charged shipping both ways even if the order met the original free shipping conditions on our web stores, and will also incur the 15% restocking fee.

Wind/Weather or Customer Self Inflicted Damage will NOT under any circumstances be covered under our return policy OR the manufacturer's warranty.

Custom items cannot be returned.
This includes, but not limited to, ALL Custom Graphic orders, Banners, Fire Place/Gas Log sets and accessories, as well as Awntech items that are special made per your choices available on our web stores.

Once an order has been placed for a Custom Item, the order cannot be cancelled if it has started production. If the Custom Item has not started production, there will be 20% cancellation fee.

Canceled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately at returns@hutshop.com. Orders will be canceled if items have not been shipped.  If items have been shipped, you must follow our standard return procedures.  Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product.  If you refuse delivery, we will refund the item cost minus any associated shipping fees.  If Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping was applied to the order, all of our shipping costs (inbound and outbound shipping charges) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Address Correction Charge:
Please double check your shipping address before you complete your order on our web stores. There will be an address correction fee for incorrect delivery addresses including wrong house #, zip code, apartment #, or missing address information. Customer will incur a $10.00 fee for ground packages and a $20.00 fee for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delay of delivery of your order. This fee is charged to us by our shipping company & will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with.

WARRANTY INFORMATION - 2 YEAR WARRANTY

HutShops warrants that each part of this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO years from the original date of purchase. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be prorated. This warranty applies only to proper product use, as determined by HutShops and stated in the product instructions. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered in any manner, nor does it apply to any damage due to wind, rain, snow or any act of nature. Under NO circumstances shall HutShops or any authorized representative be liable for any personal loss, injury or direct consequential damage resulting from the use of this product.
Before returning this product to HutShops, please be advised that all shipping costs must be prepaid and HutShops is not responsible for products damaged during transit.
This express warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Warranty shall be void if product is not purchased directly from HutShops.
